Very quick, no removal of clothes.
The np we seen was not friendly. She did not introduce her self upon entering the room. She stared at the clip board and said while looking down I need to see (one of my children's names) first. Will not be returning. I have done scans for my self, and my children at this location and the staff on that side were nice and friendly. We were in and out quickly!.
I had a issue with one of the staff in the lab. It got so ugly it could of really got physical. But the boss of the ladies actually reached out to me and had so much compassion and really cared about my feelings in the situation and within a few days the girl was fired. Now they have two amazing girls in there . I was very impressed with how the boss handled the situation. I almost refused to go back there. But now I can go get my labs done and feel totally comfortable!!
