This was our third time purchasing my a home and Jes and Terri made the process so smooth! Whether it was looking at different options in financing, or requesting repairs, I was able to get information quickly. I was able to text Jes whenever I had a question and she was quick to respond. They take the time to explain the entire home loan process step-by-step, making sure you feel confident and informed. What impressed me most was how hard they worked with lenders to keep all aspects of buying a home strictly within budget. Highly recommend Jes and Terri to anyone buying a home!

Terri Garcia-Linares was so helpful and understanding. It was my very first time buying a home and she would make time to call and walk me through all the steps. She also knew of great resources to help. She would look at at the numbers and know so much about the property tax and other details to help me see how much id be paying monthly and break it all down for me.

I highly recommend Terri Garcia-Linares with Union Home Mortgage! She knows her stuff! Terri has all her ducks in a row at all times. She is the person you want to help you make important mortgage lending decisions with. She is also so great at making sure her clients are prepared with a pre-approval BEFORE their search which is so important in the Corvallis market. In addition, Terri is such a great person! She is kind and truly cares about her clients. You can't go wrong with Terri!
