Refinancing my home through UHM was the best experience yet. I have refinanced a hand full of times and this was by far the best experience. The loan officer Jamie ******was very experienced and knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of all the way through the process. Seriously, how useless can a company be? After spending months with them to figure out how to pay my property taxes and hazard insurance, a year later and I am STILL HAVING ISSUES!!!!! The tax part has been resolved but we had agreed not to ESCROW my Property insurance as I will pay it directly and yet they disperse payment to a company that is no longer my insurance company. I cant fathom how ridiculous this company is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

My realtor was shocked at how smooth everything went and said Union Home made the process so much easier for her as well!
