Doctors and staffs are great. For everything else, not so much. First of all, there is no digital system whatsoever. Everything is manual, including email and appointments. I needed an immunization record for my son’s school and was told it will be $20 and I need to go into the office to pick it up. I questioned about the fee and they said it’s a service fee since alot of parents request such form.
We are very happy with Union Hill Pediatrics. They have excellent customer service, very friendly, and they act like a pediatric office. They actually answer the phone during the day and help you when you need them. Highly recommend
