No answer everytime I call and no dr every time I get sick I am reporting them to the proper authorities
If i could give a zero I would. I was going to this clinic for the last 7 months of my pregnancy. I would always ask the gynecologist if everything was fine if other ultrasounds needed to be done or when the next one would be he only send me for 2 and the second one showed my baby wasn’t growing the right size that he was supposed to and he never let me know or said anything. They will not answer the phone or return your calls....I literally called periodically at different times during their business hours and left several messages for three weeks. I thought the clinic was permanently closed. This is truly discouraging for a medical/health facility, especially when you need help. Do it to my insurance I don’t have choice. I wait for two hours and 30 minutes I get there early. I totally get it, but it was 30 minutes after my appointment and he don’t call me. I had no choice to cancel my appointment after my appointment because Doctor never call me.
