This place is my home away from home, and to me, the best quality fitness center in the area!
Clean, solid facilities. Good selection of machines, cardio, and free weights. Few to no lifting bros, even in the free weights. Membership includes complimentary training (limited hours). Also, sauna!
It's a great gym for its cost, it has everything you need to get a good workout done. Free weights area, group class area, cardio and more, also a sauna in the woman's changing room.
