They are so kind and friendly
An endless nightmare of unprofessionalism in the billing department is the best I can describe my experience at Union Health. My wife delivered our son last year at the hospital and it's been endless bills that should have gone to insurance but were never submitted. Completely unprofessional. Today I just found out one of our many charges, to which we never received a bill, went to collections. I tried to call billing but the number is disconnected the first five tries, then finally I get through just to wait on endless hold... read more

Absolutely the best example of a profit driven corporation in the medical industry. To start off try calling and making an appointment. You will get a message service or an answering machine. But these paths are only available if you decide to sit, wait, and listen to all of the Union Health advertisements wanting you to make more appoints and spend more money. If you suffer through their rude mandatory commercials and get a appointment you will be asked to arrive 15 min early so the doctor can show up an hour late while you... read more
