Union health is the worst. The one on polk street. What is six minutesstreet trying to get a referral. And i'm still waiting, it's almost four weeks
Never answers the phone
This location is a joke. I've been complaining about this location for a while now. The front desk has very poor customer service skills their attitudes are horrible. They don't answer the phones they dont give messages 24-48 hours. Return call back is a total joke. The only one that seems to have great customer service skills is Porsha. They have you waiting for a very long time for no reason. I love my doctor, Sanchez.
