I left there feeling bad and not served well at all as a patient. When I was trying to address my health concerns, she literally referred to them as my complaints. I also had an abnormal test result that was, conducted in the office. She blew off the importance of it and insulted me in the process.

If you want to feel unheard and dismissed by all means, go here. I have had better luck driving to Gainesville and John's Creek to be taken seriously at Northeast Hospital. I asked for a referral for a neurologist for sleep disorders back in March and still haven't had anyone follow up with me. When I talked about my issues with my birth control, they scheduled me for a DNA test for antidepressants. Never in my life have I felt so discouraged and dismissed...
