Very honest and easy to work with. Paying rent is never fun but I’m glad I went with them. Their maintenance guys were always responsive and there weren’t any hidden fees.
Slum Lords Promised security cameras and a AC unit but never installed them. Would not let us pay to install internet. Raised rent from 1050 to 1650, and claimed it was the market rate while having many vacant units. Water heater didn't even have a drain nor was it properly earthquake strapped. Outside the property was never maintained, weeds and trash everywhere. In my opinion.
