It was such appalling behavior from someone in the medical profession to turn away a patient after having the gall to have my parents sit in the waiting area 15 minutes past my father's scheduled eye appointment, leaving no explanation or apology to excuse her unprofessionalism. This is inexcusable behavior from someone working in the public eye, especially in the medical field.
