I’ve been doing business with these folks for six years now and have never been disappointed! They’ve been honest, thorough, have always found me the vehicle I’m looking for and have worked hard to get me the best possible deal to fit my budget! Kyle really came through for me this last time! Ever since Tony shut down Rockland Ford I went strictly to union Fair auto Kyle don't deal with that place they will rip you off I bought a truck for over $40,000 and the book value is $20,500 they took me for a good ride Kyle will rob you right from the get-go I told them something is wrong with the truck because it shakes when I'm going at high speed and slowing down time to find out both lower ball joints was gone now I got to replace arms and ball joints on a overpriced vehicle find out what the book value on the vehicle... read more
We went to UFA for a reliable and safe vehicle for our teenager that wouldn’t break our wallets. Kyle and the staff were great to work with. A+++ I would recommend them!!!
Was super excited to get a new vehicle but it's been less than 2 months since I've gotten the vehicle and it's been a week since it's gone in for repairs and they are still not done, they dont answer the phones and have no idea when the repairs can be completed. When I bought the car a loaner car was available and now less than 2 months later they dont do loaner vehicles...not impressed.
They do all they can to get the most money out of you for the shittiest cars in New England. They do a show where they pretend the bank is doing something insane, and theyre "fighting" to get a better price for you. Don't go here if you don't want to get fleeced.
