Friendly staff and eye care specialists, unfortunately customer service didn’t quite measure up. Most of the frames look like government issue, the first pair I purchased were never comfortable so I brought in an old frame to be fitted for new lenses ($150) one month ago and have never heard back. I hate to return to Luxotica but I’m not happy.

The staff were top notch from start to finish. We were treated professionally and we were not rushed during our visit. The office is modern with high quality technology. Definitely a facility. Very happy that the union has added this to the members.
