Ordered glasses and contacts April 15th paid in full that day, it is May 25th...no glasses, no contacts, no phone calls. I have called multiple times a day for over a week no answer...including a few minutes ago at 11:34. Was warned by people at my job it was a hassle to get cooperation after you pay. Wow! As of now I am out $670.00 and I cannot even get someone on the phone...they blamed the lab the day after paid but I am not so sure anymore. I will have to drive back down to get any cooperation...used my my insurance for ... read more

Great customer service!! An eye Dr is staffed, he did an in depth exam, Knowledgeable, friendly staff helped me select and fit the perfect glasses. Grateful to have such a professional Eye Care location in Mentor
