As always, the girls are wonderfully patient, kind and personable. I had a new hygienist. She was marvelous!!
This is the kindest office I’ve ever been to. Everyone, from the receptionist to the dentist, is super sweet and comforting. Every single time. I was scared to try Union Dental after negative experiences with other dentist offices in the past. I explained my concerns and they all reassured me and talked me through every step of the process. Greatly accommodating!
Dr. Bonomo was incredibly rude to me to the point I left crying twice. He was aggressive and mean over a night guard. He didn’t tell me he was going to numb me and shoved a needle in my gum without warning. He put a very hot mouth guard in my mouth without warning & then stormed out when I forced him to let me take it out. I recommend no one ever go to him if you want a kind, compassionate dentist.
