Dropped off equipment. Was told they’d call me back to let me know if they could fix it/cost/etc. either that day or the next Monday as it was a weekend. No problem. 1 week went by. No call. 2 weeks. No call. So I came in to see what was going on.. It’s needs crank shaft replacement but they can’t fix it, but didn’t bother to let me know. Never got to try there service the lady in front is rude. Why be in the front if customers question bother you. It's like she hated the fact I walk in.
Wonderful service and very kind people at Union de Tula Lawnmower Repair! Cruz and Nacho are very knowledgeable and pleasant folks. We had our mower in for its annual spring service, including blade sharpening. Union de Tula performed the work very well and quickly, and even helped us place the lawnmower into the back of our truck for its trip home. Our lawnmower is running stronger than ever! We will be back again next year. I encourage you to try out this business. I think you will be very pleased!
Can’t say enough great things about this shop! Owner is amazing, and extremely helpful. Technician is very knowledgeable and has us up and running in no time. It’s so delightful to work with people who are honest. Such a relief to know we are in good hands with all our machinery.
