I'm not thrilled about being given an appointment, waiting, then told the recall part wasn't even in stock. To further demonstrate KIA's chaotic business practices, their corporate office is STILL sending me their letters telling me to get the part installed ASAP. My waste of time appointment was weeks ago. I guess the part is literally on a slow boat from China.
As always, I received good customer service. Come to find out this winter wasn’t bad but the varmits were, found out by the nests in my air filters. I wonder if they enjoyed the ride. These KIA workers are the best. I always have to wait for my car and they get me out of there in good time
Great dealing with everyone at the dealership. Sale went very well and everything was explained with no pressure. Thanks to Alison for working with us, she was wonderful.
