This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. My 2023 Kia k5 broke down on the highway early August and got a tow truck to take it back to Kia. They took a look at it and say one of the injectors went bad and needed to be replaced. They found the problem and was only going to take a couple of days to fix which was great. Couldn’t give me a loaner car at the time so I sucked it up and told myself it wasn’t that big of a deal and it’ll be done in no time.
