I was able to get an appointment within the day for my refrigerator that stopped cooling which I am glad they considered emergency, and expedited it as well due to my limited time frame. My refrigerator is fixed! I received excellent service and advice from the technician, and I am so happy that they understand my busy schedule.
I have had lots of other companies came out but they were the only one I was pleased with.
I made an appointment for my refrigerator for the following day between 5 -8PM window. I explained o Steve that I had a warrantee company but that I would paying them directly and getting reimbursement from them. He said that was no problem. Repair on my frigidaire washer was affordable and completed very quickly, am happy with how it is running now. Will definitely call same company should I need appliance repair again.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU MAKE A CALL TO THEM!! One star rating is too much , but google doesn’t allow 0 stars They are a SCAM referral service , NOT the actual repair company. They refer you for a Non refundable fee of $60, to any old service company who then comes for the repairs. In my case , they referred me to J&J Refrigeration in Perth Amboy, who showed up on MONDAY morning.
