Really bad experience with this company. They somehow managed to incorrectly fabricate every single trim profile in my order. Even the roofing panels were out of square and varied from 1/4” short to 1/4” larger than the length ordered. When I tried to get them to replace the trim pieces or to refund the order they just ignored me. This was a small order for a personal project, but I often work on larger public buildings. Will try my best to make sure to never use this company again.

My husband and I received ordered metal roofing for our home from Union Corrugating Company. The day installation began a defect was noticed in the first few panels. Pictures were taken and Sales Rep was contacted. It took her a week to come to the construction site where she took pictures and said she'd get them to the appropriate people. That was four weeks ago. My husband took some pieces of the metal roofing to the nearest plant. They said we'd have to contact claims.
