Called Mr Khan on a Sunday during a holiday weekend, and he still managed to squeeze us in on the same day. Our "simple" faucet leak ended up being a huge debacle because we had tried fixing it ourselves (and made things worse) before calling him. Hot water in our house was finishing up faster than usual in the recent weeks, until suddenly one day it was almost not available. We have small kids in the house, so needed repair urgently. I messaged Khan (BK) at 9pm and he replied almost immediately saying he can come in at 9am the next day. Khan has been a trusted and reliable plumber for us for close to 10 years, if not more. He is quick to respond from start to finish. Always takes the time to walk us through the issue and the steps needed to fix the problem. He just fixed our water heater. I thought it was out of warranty but Khan doublechecked and found out it wasn’t. That alone saved $600 in parts. His prices has always been fair and the service is excellent. He has earned my trust and is always my first call when there are issues.

What can I say, the entire team has been super professional, perfect in their work and great pricing. I honestly don't bargain with them much as I realize they do their job so well that General contractors and city inspectors have liked their work.
