BK is the best plumber you could ask for, my family’s been going to him for years now. Super responsive & professional, great pricing, and work that’s both fast and the highest quality. This time, I messaged him around 8pm for some kitchen issues: sink was leaking, garbage disposal needed replacing, and pipes needed cleaning. He responded in 2 minutes, proactively communicated about parts, came the next morning ~10am, and we were all set within ~1 hour from there. If you’re looking for a plumber, 10/10 recommend BK!
Wonderful experience with these guys who we used to install a kitchen faucet. Khan even came and fixed an unrelated issue at no cost a month later. Now that is called service. I would call them again in a heartbeat.
Called Mr Khan on a Sunday during a holiday weekend, and he still managed to squeeze us in on the same day. Our "simple" faucet leak ended up being a huge debacle because we had tried fixing it ourselves (and made things worse) before calling him. As a result, the repair went way over the alotted time for our appointment (which must have backed up his other appointments for the rest of the day), but he didn't charge us anything extra.
