Last night, the tenant called to report that the water heater had stopped working. I texted Mr. Khan, and as always, he replied right away and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Today, he arrived on time, quickly identified a faulty part, and confirmed that the water heater was still under warranty. We recently worked with Khan for a water heater replacement. From the very beginning, Khan was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He helped us replace our old water heater and made the process smooth and stress-free. After installation, we noticed an issue with the new unit—the pilot kept turning off on its own. Khan is the best! I have been using him as my plumber ever since I moved here Toilet clog, kitchen sink clog, food disposal jammed, and I’m sure he is able to help on many more! Mr Khan was honest and helped fixed my water heater which only needed T&P valve replacement.. rather than full unit replacement that the other plumber was scamming me with.
