Just purchased a new Yamaha outboard yesterday. Mr. Barker was the gentleman I dealt with and he was awesome. Answered all my questions and took the time to explain the reasons why. I was stuck between a 60hp and a 70hp and while I think most salesmen would of pushed for the more expensive of the 2, Mr. Barker did not. The shop installed the motor for free while I went next door and ate BBQ. Ms. Jackie was a sweetheart and took care of the warranty work/ payment portion. 10/5 stars will definitely return.
Amazing experience with Union City Marine, very easy to communicate with and they get back to you very quickly. They share a warm touch of hospitality that is hard to find anywhere these days, they are incredibly respectful, kind, and helpful. I would definitely buy from UCM again, and I couldn’t recommend them more for your boat purchase. Big shout out to Jackie, Mr. Garrett, and Mr. Barker for their exceptional service!
