I should give them no star, but I couldn’t due to no zero star ratings. I scheduled them for carpet cleaning for my moving out in advance of two weeks. On the schedule day I called them 2 hour in advance to confirm me. Every time there were confirmed that the guy was on schedule and on the way. But after 1 and half hour of my schedule time when I called again they just simply told me that they weren’t coming. They worked magic on our sofa, which had split chocolate milk on it. Incredible service and very friendly. The communication was excellent and the overall service experience was great. We'll gladly hire them again!
