I had an extremely stressful experience with Union Bridal that I would not wish on any bride, especially so close to their wedding date. My gown was significantly delayed and timelines were constantly changed with lack of communication or certainty. When finally a shipment arrived “containing my dress” it was another bride’s dress instead of mine. Union bridal was my first wedding dress shopping experience. I was so nervous going into my appointment but Rachel was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. She walked me through the whole process and had some beautiful dresses picked out that matched my vision so well.
