Our room was huge and clean! The staff was nice and the location can’t be beat!
I would like to make a very special shout out to Autumn and Yolanda for their very wonderful attention to long time patrons like ourselves. They were both very helpful, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. We felt welcome (this wasn’t the case last year and the year before). Being treated this way is why we come back year after year. The last two were not so great but having Yolanda and Autumn there gave us second thoughts about possibly trying somewhere else next year. Tremendous stay at the Union Bluff. We booked via Air B&B (would go straight to Union Bluff next time, just select option 4 to get the front desk) but the entire experience was excellent. I hope that she is a permanent employee, but Yolanda provided exceptional service at the front desk. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and filled with everything we needed. Food and service was great. Look forward to our next stay!!!
The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, room was large and nice. I don't think they like when customers use booking.com or others. People walked in for 2 hours and got into their rooms while we sat. They aren't really overly friendly as management goes. But, I am a southerner and very friendly, so maybe I was asking too much. The restaurant staff is nice though.
