I've been scammed and thought that UBTs Fraud Department would help me after being a CUSTOMER OF 10 YEARS. I'm disappointed. They share NO responsibility to their customers, told me they can't help and have tried to send me on my way without explanation. I thought a smaller, local bank would have their customers backs but I guess they're just as greedy as the rest!
Jordan was super helpful, even when they were having technical issues. Great customer service.
One of there tellers made a mistake and they charged me 772 dollars for it and I’m just a kid, how am I supposed to get that much money especially when it wasn’t my fault! And the teller she got no consequences at all good thing my mom was there for me and she helped me pay some. I usually don’t say this cause I know better but they suck. I’m 16 just saying
Five stars for Joyce for amazing customer service! After moving I had some issues with trying to transfer my title for the car I'm financing through UBT, and Joyce was able to get everything solved in less than an hour and followed up with me.
