Atlantic Union is great. I have had a few issues that I have lost large amounts of money. Hackers and bad vacation bookings. Atlantic Union got every penny back. Been to Atlantic Union all across Virginia. Every one is great! 💯
Absolutely fantastic experience working with Jenn and Jess at the Barracks Road branch in Charlottesville. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable—and that’s coming from someone who usually isn’t a fan of dealing with banks. They made the whole process smooth, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel welcome and respected from start to finish. Hands down one of the best in-branch experiences I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend.
