Jess helped us out tremendously. She is a stellar employee with excellent customer service skills and excellent communication skills. She is an asset to Atlantic Union and the Barracks Road location.
It's been my bank for over 15 years and I mostly love Atlantic Union. I'm not a big fan of AI, however, especially many of the chat bots being inserted between me and a real person at a company. It sure feels like it's being employed as a firewall to getting anything constructive accomplished which would be easy to do with a live person on the other end of the conversation. Jessie was amazing especially with working with my son DaJeon who is blind. She definitely deserves big kudos because there’s not a lot of people that knows how to communicate with a person who’s visually impaired.
