I very recently had a bad experience at this bank with 1 person. However, I will keep it private. This bank is a fine bank and I have done business with them and so has my elderly father and for the most part, they are awesome. Thanks!!!!!!!

This branch that I have my money in is terrible. I received a scam call today from an Atlantic Union number and knew immediately that it was a scam! They were asking me about Medicare and I knew that eventually that would try to get my personal information. I hung up on them and called the Gander Drive branch! This is the worst branch where I have my monies in! They never answer their phones! I left a message but I know I won't get a call back! I arriv d before a drive through customer and was helped after them. All I was doing was cashing a single check. They were cashing 10+ checks and deposits. Like seriously folks. I see why people hate you.
