I'm bummed theey are asking me to make a transaction from my saved because I haven't made any transactions for a year or more they are saying that they will close my account that's bs and also they don't stay open until at least 6 on Fridays because ppl have to wait and don't get off until 5 they need to stay open longer on Fridays

Used the service a lot but had someone very rude over the phone. If this person is so arrogant and doesn’t understand what she is supposed to do/say in a service industry, she should quit.
