Extremely polite and professional staff. All the way around. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly. UBT as a whole goes above and beyond. This specific branch always exceeds my expectations. From the GM to the evening tellers I thank you!!!
Staff is rude particularly a chubby short brown hair girl that doesn’t listen and doesn’t have the capability of answering simple questions. They need to train better and learn some respect. It’s not hard to be nice to the people who come to your branch. Do better.
