Very poor service at the 84th and Nebraska Highway location. UBT shared that they did not want my money, a small amount of coin even though the cashed coin was going into one of my accounts. UBT did not return my phone call after complaint was fielded. Pinnacle is a much better bank, highly recommended.

This Branch was closed for a few months, and the UBT business website or App wasn’t working either for several days. It was Not a good situation to say the lease. However now that they are open and they have contacted me and their customer service has always been top-notch thank you for reaching out to me and making sure I am and continue to be a satisfied customer.
