I opened an account with UBT recently. The gentleman I talked to was not the most friendly, and I felt like his vibes were very much like I was wasting his time/bothering him. No big deal tho everyone has not the best day. We got the whole process down and he had me signed a paper and asked if I wanted a copy. I’ve never had an issue before but your worker Erica was incredibly unprofessional and told me move out of the way because someone was next in line. Didn’t even acknowledge a please or anything when this guy was helping me and she butted in. What a total B! Just saying maybe you should have open more registers. I come here pretty frequently and will definitely not be back after that pettiness.DO BETTER.
