Great place to bank!
If you're a business owner beware they don't do temporary checks like other banks so you if you run out before your next order comes in and you have payables to go out...they will just shrug and tell you you're out of luck. That's crazy!

I opened an account with UBT recently. The gentleman I talked to was not the most friendly, and I felt like his vibes were very much like I was wasting his time/bothering him. No big deal tho everyone has not the best day. We got the whole process down and he had me signed a paper and asked if I wanted a copy. I did not want to bother him further for a sheet that just seemed like an acknowledgment sheet (I understand this is also my fault, keep copies of everything.
