Do not finance a car through UBT. Finally paid off my car. UBT has been the worst experience in trying to give a bank money. The online system is a complete joke. They applied an additional fee after my payoff so they could call and harass me for the paid off car.
Great place to bank!
If you're a business owner beware they don't do temporary checks like other banks so you if you run out before your next order comes in and you have payables to go out...they will just shrug and tell you you're out of luck. That's crazy!
I leave for Europe next week and needed some things figured out before, when I went in Brandy was extremely helpful and personal with my experience, can’t thank her enough!! Made my day
