I've been with this bank for five years now, I've never experienced worse customer service in my life. This bank was (again) closed without proper warning to customers. During this period while trying to make a deposit, I was mischarged for a ridiculously large overdraft fee. Instead of receiving an apology for the inconvenience, Susan Gray, the branch manager thought it best to call my wife a liar and claim they were open when they had no power to the bank.
