Bank makes rules up as they go, changes name constantly.. Closing my account this week.
Ok I see why I walked out now. This place clearly has bad customer service. Bank had only one customer in there. 2 women behind the counter. I just left from out of there at 10:14 this morning. I had on my work uniform and everything. I told the heavyset lady with glasses that I wanted to open an account. A checking account. She told me about the 25 fee to open a new account. Horrible went in and they wouldn't cash there own check, poor customer service claimed they called pay roll and no answer to verify the check. Glad I don't bank with them.
