Disappointing experience. Not sure if it’s the way I dressed or looked but the place was completely empty since they’re merging with US Bank. Only 2 people working and they didn’t present any interest opening new accounts and asked some uncomfortable questions like why I don’t stay with my current Bank or go to another Branch location instead of coming to Union? The worst Banking service ever. Please please do not apply for home mortgages through this bank. At the beginning they catch you they don’t let you to select or go for anther banks. But at the end they give you hard time even they don’t reply your emails on time. I was purchasing a home through this bank they missed and failed to meet the closing deadlines two times. Union Bank has always treated me like I was the best customer they have, even though I'm just an average Joe. Courteous and very experienced, I've never had them make an error on a transaction.
They are really nice there but it sure would be nice if they would buy me lunch once in awhile nothing crazy maybe a lunch time special at my favorite steak house or sushi... 😛
CONSTANTLY getting charged over draft fees because they wait 3-4 days before verifying payments. Your spending money YOU KNOWis there and they won’t pay it until days after sending u into over draft. The WORST BANK I’ve ever banked with. The red flag everything . Cash apps take 2 full days before hitting ur account. If you have a loved one in prison don’t use this bank they’ll swear it’s fraud. Terrible bank. Terrible overdraft fees. All around horrible. Closing my account today. It’s ridiculous
