Very poor customer service. I went here to cash unemployment checks and they said after 30 days they cant cash them. Even though it says right on the front of the check that you have one year to cash. I got them cashed at California Check cashing and the lady had to process each check. She did it with no problem. That's why this bank wouldn't cash them. Because it was to much work for them to cash and type in the system 5 checks. do not use this bank!!!!! Their ATM ate a large check that I put in and so far after a month and a half, they haven't credited my account and they cannot give me answers about what happened to the check! I absolutely cannot believe this is how they run their business.
