I love this branch! They are nice, helpful and responsive. No matter what quirky request I’ve made, they find a way to get it done. And they charge no fees (if my request usually involves a fee, they almost always waive it!).
Union sucks
I don't trust the Union Bank to provide me good financial options. The wait time of the customer service via phone was way too long. I used the call back service which promised to call back in 15 mins. But I got a call 2 hours later. And once I received the callback, it put me on hold for another 1 hour. Doesn't it defeat the purpose of callback option!? I probably called bank once or twice per year. And the bad experience is unacceptable.
