Absolutely horrible service while trying to refinance our home. This process started in March 2015 it's July 2015 and still haven't closed. Management we were referred to couldn't give us a closing date just the same ol same ol week after week. Mind you we recently closed a loan with this bank for our business so it should of been an easy quick process. Our appraisal was over double what we needed to refinance so there should not of been an issue. We are using IBEW credit union and will be closing in less than 2 weeks.What a... read more
