they never pick up the phone, the worst bank
Don't trust Union Bank, part of Mitsubishi, just about all their employees are Asian, most foreign companies with US branches make inter-company transfers who are not US citizens. Why is US government making its citizens' private information, and data available and vulnerable to foreign banks, business and their employee?
After my dad passed away this bank was a nightmare to work with. They wouldn't let my mom close their joint account. Her attorney actually said what they were doing was illegal. The management and staff were terrible.
