I have been banking with this branch for over a decade for my personal needs. I later expanded the relationship for business purposes and the staff has continued been nothing but great. I have also had the pleasure of working with their Senior Relationship Bankers, Mr. Jose Pineda and Mrs. Liza Alia. They are both phenomenally helpful and kind. I love doing my banking there. I have also been using Union Bank's online banking services since 1996 and never had an issue.

Took a star off because I felt the teller rushed me last time I was there. Usually have a positive experience there though.
