Excellent customer service, they know my name there and treat me respectfully every visit. I noticed a review below complaining about Elavon - I might agree that there have been a couple of hiccups with my credit card processing, but that doesn't reflect on this branch at all.
Worst customer service ever. I wish I could do negative stars. I was a Union Bank CUSTOMER FOR 20+ YEARS. . The location Branch Manager is absent customer service skills.. Never in 20 years of being a customer there have I experienced such lack of regard for the customer. I decided to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT because of her lack of regard. Ill ask my family to close their accounts too. I’ll bank somewhere else where the customer is worth keeping.

I would have submitted a 5 star rating only because of the new management who was transfered from the now closed location off of Michelson & University by the name of Tony. I was thrilled to see him managing the Alton location. His commitment to personal customer service is why I continue to bank at this particular branch off of Alton. In the past I frequently found the tellers here rude, arrogant and refusing at times to help with simple every day transactions.
