Excellent service given by ms.Adwoa Coleman to open an account. Very very friendly
Just went in today to open an bank account with UnionBank. The manager and other staff members are very nice. I was nervous to go when I saw the low reviews, yet this branch office actually did a great job in customer service. I saw lots of customers were chatting with the deposit banker. The service was overally great.
Is the worst worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I went this morning to Cash a check by very small amount of money , then the employee asked me tones of question , also asked for haaaaa finger thumb plus the back signature and so many stupid questions. Really it is so so bad .he doesn’t know anything about customer service or customer satisfaction.
