This bank has a 3 door "system" that must be navigated to get inside and it is not easy if you are disabled or with a service animal. Once inside your get looks like you are the scum of the earth instead of a friendly greeting. You get snotty attitude from the tellers and they insist on calling their client the company that wrote the check you wanted to cash. I can only talk about the Garden Grove Branch, but if this is how they treat their customers, I would never be a customer as I don't have an extra hour to do my banking... read more
