Worst customer service. The teller is unable to assist with simple check transaction and obtain us with a copy of direct deposit form. Very unsatisfied I really dislike coming to this specific branch. The team really needs training or new staff. The teller asked me if I knew where to find the direct deposit form. Also forced me to deposit my check I usually cash every 2 weeks. I don't recommend coming to this branch. I love the palm springs branch there amazing!
