I think this bank has turned over a new leaf. I received courteous and prompt service both on the phone and at the bank today. My appointment time was kept and I was even seen a little early. My needs have been addressed professionally.
If I could give a negative star rating for this company I would. Not only do they lie cheat and steal but they play with your financial security. It’s much safer and easier for you to keep your money in a sock drawer. If my recommendation is at all meaningful please avoid this bank at all cost. This branch and company is truly horrible all around. Just by walking in you’re taking your livelihood and financial well being in your own hands.
After banking for 20 years with this bank I had to comment. Every single time no matter what day what time you have to wait. They never have enough tellers and I mean NEVER. They have 2 tellers working doing all the work when you have another 2 doing nothing. One acting like a supervisor or I am not sure what the hell her job is sitting in the back doing nothing at the computer. The other teller is for new accounts or other services which you could say they work only 50% of the time if that.
Always been kind and helpful.
