UBOC - Porterville Branch has horrible customer service. I called and asked about opening an account for our new child. I expressed that we did not want to have to go their multiple times with our infant. The lady told us to come in and they would help us, it was a quick and easy process since we were already customers. When w got there, another lady told us that we would have to make an appointment and come back next week.
