Great customer service!
UBOC - Porterville Branch has horrible customer service. I called and asked about opening an account for our new child. I expressed that we did not want to have to go their multiple times with our infant. The lady told us to come in and they would help us, it was a quick and easy process since we were already customers. When w got there, another lady told us that we would have to make an appointment and come back next week. When we left, we went to another bank, opened an account for our child and will probably be moving our... read more
