I have been going to Travis for the last couple years and he has always been honest very fair when it comes to prices. I recently had a pretty large engine failure(lifters and camshaft), Travis and his team jumped right on the project, got it done in a very reasonable time. The truck now runs smoother than ever. To top it off Travis was approximately 30% cheaper than any other shop I called. Thanks for all your help.
Travis was able to find the issue with my wife’s Acura RDX and fixed it the same day at no charge. We have always received great service here and will be using them again when issues come up.
Really good service. Very good service
Moved to Indian Trail recently. First time going to this shop. Didn’t have an appointment but Travis said he could take care of my car . Very professional and courteous. Will definitely be taking all my vehicles here. It’s hard to find an honest and fair place to get good service. I have found one. If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle I would definitely recommend Union Automotive.
Very nice friendly staff was in and out in about 15 mins getting my Tesla safety test
