these guys are incredible! I’m not joking – I almost accidentally ran my Jeep down a small cliff into a Hot Springs pool just before midnight, I called my roadside assistance and they sent Union automotive. Not only did I get a friendly and good natured Tow Truck Driver, along came his whole helpful adult family members - each one with a specific task to help get the car out! Roters went out going down the hill. Called the shop and they got me right in for an emergency service. He pulled extra technicians to get the job done in half the time. Amazing staff, honest and quick. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road. We greatly appreciate it. Five star service!

Amazing service, very accommodating and reasonably priced with my emergency towing request. Great communication as well. Highly recommend if you ever get stuck in town.
