We hit a rock on the highway and started leaking oil. We were on day 1 of a week long road trip and needed to deal with it ASAP. We called or visited a dozen places and everyone said that they either 1) couldn't look at it for a week, 2) wouldn't touch this type of vehicle [8 year old Genesis], or 3) both. Outstanding and honest auto Repair service. Jose, the owner, knows what he’s doing and treats customers quick and proper My first day of a California road trip produced an engine check light problem. No one stepped up to help,, other than Jose at Union. He got me on the road immediately without having to cancel reservations or change my plans. I’m indebted to his immediate response And Helping out. The rest of the trip went beautifully.
Cesar and everyone here are fantastic. They repaired the drive shaft and rear axle seal on our truck within a few hours while we had breakfast across the street at the casino.
My axel popped off on the road to Mammoth and by some miracle it happened right in front of this auto shop. They were able to help me right away, and were able to fix it the same day for a fair price. I had no further issues the rest of the weekend, and made it back home to LA without further incident. They did great work, the staff was friendly and trustworthy, and I'm especially grateful that they were able to help me so quickly. They saved my ski trip!
