I wish there was an option to give them 0 stars. I had an FFL transfer and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Rude and horribly unprofessional. They will never get my business again. BEWARE!!!
Does anyone know if these guys are still in business? I've called every day this week (the week of May 8) during the hours posted on their website and no one has answered. I can't even leave a message because the memory is full. Also tried email, inquiring about the cost of certain gunsmithing work, but haven't heard back. I'm giving them three stars because I had them replace sights on my handgun about a year-and-a-half ago and didn't have any complaints — the guys there were friendly enough. I've only need to change front sight of my Sig x5. The gunsmith state that he has 15 years experiences with certification, but he fundamentally don't know what he's doing. First, I mentioned that the left side of gap is a bit larger than right side, so it need to push out of the front sight from left side (according to Sig armory). The "gunsmith" said he knows what he's doing, it is the thing he's being doing for 15 years. Had an FFL completed for a .22 rifle (my first purchase). Planning on using them for my next FFL. Very fast, curt, and professional. Pleasant people to deal with. Haven't had a chance to have them work on any of my firearms but I would definitely be open to it.
the worst experience i have ever had when having a gun shipped to a gun store, they are supposed to be open from 11:00 to 4:00 thats a lie, the guy that runs the place opens and closes the store when he feels like it. When i walked in the place looked like a pig sty garbage all over the floor, and rat feces. Guy takes his sweet time doing everything.
