Wonderful customer service!!!
Great business! But mine (sirentronix) is better
Horrible. They came out to do a fire alarm inspection for closing and said it was fine. Provided paperwork that was inadequate. Promised (in writing) to rectify and never did in spite of dozens of unanswered calls and emails. They were the cause of the delay in my closing and have cost me thousands of dollars. They are rude. Unprofessional and liars. They owner threatened my broker when he tried to fix the situation. Horrible!
As an existing customer I have been treated very poorly. I called them many times to upgrade my alarm. Yet they say they will call me back and don’t. They even tried to hire my dad on the phone which is completely random. They may be too busy to give any quality services anymore to anyone. Run far away…. I do not recommend Alarmtronic. Go elsewhere trust me.
