I am 87 years old and I been around the block many times and travelled the world. I recently ordered a ERV board from Unilux and was privileged and fortunate to deal with Rohan Bayat from the parts desk. My experience was one I will always remember. I live in a 35 year old Condominium complex and have had multiple floods over the last 6 years, originating from my dining room H/C unit. Yesterday TARAN come in to service my "not so old" unit that stopped working. He was professional, courteous, on time, kept to his promise of a revisit to change out a kinked tube. I have had many service people in but he was the first one who saw that the pipe was faulty and may have been the cause of some of my flooding situations. Worst thermostat and customer service ever. My thermostat has broken again, after installing a new one in November 2023. Over the past 4 years, I’ve had to replace my Unilux/Universe thermostat every two years. I’ve called and emailed their office multiple times, but still haven’t received any response. IS ANYONE WORKING????
