Trying to place a service call and I am directed to a mailbox that is not set-up ?
Terrible product Horrible service Check with residents of any of the condo buildings where this product is installed. The summer season switchover from heat to cooling takes a month and there is zero ventilation in the whole condo building for a month, let alone temperature control Be very careful prior to buying any condo with such products installed.
